Limit caffeine and alcohol

Caffeine and alcohol can be substances that can make things like stress and anxiety worse. The makeup of caffeine can mean that it puts you on edge even more so, and can be a trigger for panic attacks. Alcohol can also negatively impact your mental health as well.
